The app is free and has no ads or in-app purchases. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it on your devices.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not copy, modify, decompile, resell or redistribute the app or its data files except as the law allows.
- Do not use the app for anything unlawful or to harm others.
4. Religious content
The Quran text, its Bangla translation (Rawai Al-Bayan, Bayaan Foundation), Tafsir Ahsanul Bayaan (Bayaan Foundation) and the Hadith collections are included for reading and reference. We have taken care to reproduce them accurately, but errors are possible. For religious rulings please consult qualified scholars and the original sources. The texts remain the property of their respective publishers.
5. Spelling suggestions and translation
Suggestions and translations are produced automatically and may be wrong. The app never changes your text by itself; you choose what to insert. Please check important text before sending it.
6. No warranty
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We do not guarantee that it will be error-free or always available.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Nobojagoron is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
